- Assessment & Mitigasi Resiko Project
- Mengukur Uncertainty/Ketidakpastian yang ada pada project
- Menyusun Strategi & Response Plan Action untuk meminimalisir resiko dengan cara :
- Strategi Schema Project Plan/Rencana Kerja project sesuai kondisi
- Strategi alokasian ProjectResource (Manpower, alat berat & sarana pendukung proyek lainnya)
- Pemantauan Resiko Quantitative Proyek
- Membuat dan Menyajikan Laporan Tindak Lanjut Resiko Proyek
- Memperkuat Accounting Department untuk memprediksi future risks yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi financial Perusahaan.

- Terdapat hal-hal tak terduga yang muncul saat pelaksanaan proyek, tidak masuk dalam schedule tapi memiliki impact/pengaruh terhadap kemajuan jadwal proyek
- Pada pelaksanaan Project sering ditemukan Perkiraan Resiko/Risk Process belum quantitative (contoh : terukur akibatnya/Impact Measure,Durasi Kemungkinan terjadi/Probability Duration,Faktor Predecessor&Successor, top risk ranking),sehingga Perkiraan Resiko akan lebih konkret.
- Terdapat Uncertain Spending/hal-hal tidak masuk dalam master plan project yang muncul saat pelaksanaan proyek, yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi financial Perusahaan.
